Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with any item you receive, or it has been damaged in transit, please return it to us (in its original packaging and with all relevant documentation) within 14 days.

Once we receive the item(s), we will issue a refund or replacement(s), whichever is requested and depending upon availability.

A refund will be issued for postage costs only when the item is found to be defective or incorrectly supplied from the original order.

Images Policy

Photographic prints sold on this website are for private use only.

Reproduction is strictly prohibited.

If you are interested in using any image for reproduction in a publication or website, please contact the museum by email (contact@gardencitymuseum.org) or by telephone (01462 482710) asking for the Curator, in each instance.

Reproduction for educational use is permitted. Please contact the museum, or access our extensive image library on the E2BN network, linked from the ‘Learning’ section on this website.

To the best of our knowledge, copyright on images on this site belongs to the First Garden City Heritage Museum. Where this is known not to be the case, every effort has been made to trace copyright holders and gain permission for use of the images on this site. We would be grateful for any information concerning copyright and will withdraw images immediately on copyright holder’s request.
