Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation
The First Garden City Heritage Museum is a charitable enterprise of Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation. The Foundation's mission is to create, maintain and promote a vibrant, quality 'environment' in the Garden City for all those who live in, work in and visit the world's first Garden City.
The Foundation owns and manages the 5,500-acre Garden City Estate comprising offices, shops, factories, houses, farms, community amenities and land. Income generated from property, farming and other activities is ploughed back into the Garden City in two ways; reinvestment to maintain the fabric of the Estate and its landscape; and funding for a wide range of charitable enterprises and endeavours in Letchworth Garden City.
First Garden City Heritage Museum is an enterprise of the Foundation, an Industrial and Provident Society with charitable status. Registered No. 28211R.
